My Christmas Stocking

annwfynMy christmas stocking is fuscia.
This may seem like a non-sequiteur, but there's a story to it. I've got a Christmas stocking that my Mum made for me when I was tiny. It is normally dark green cord. However, yesterday one of myevil lovely cats decided to expel bodily fluids on to it. I stuck it in the washing machine, along with a maroon jumper that also got got by cat.
It appears the jumper wasn't colour-fast. My stocking is now maroon and I'm weirdly mopey about it.
