I'm not sure, but I think it's for a run of Daredevil that Mack did... I think it's a character called "Echo." She's half Native American. The Kingpin was a friend of her father's and helped raise her after her father died. He used her against Daredevil, because he understands that Daredevil's chink in the armor is bints and she has something in common with him. She's deaf, but has abilities to compensate (the ability to instantly mimic and learn someone else's physical actions). That, and they both share major daddy issues.

Pretty good story.

I think you'd like David Mack. Kind of Psychadelic for a comic book. It's like reading a sequence of paintings, with stuff scribbled in the margins and you have to keep rotating the book to read it... And a lot of "who am I and what am I doing and who the hell am I kidding?"
