A poetry reading...
Jun. 8th, 2009 11:48 amOn Thursday, The Fan Museum in Greenwich, where I work, is holding a poetry reading from 6.30 pm until 8.30 pm. The cost is £10, and that gives you entrance to the museum, a glass of wine, a talk on our current exhibition (which is very pretty) and you get to sit in our gorgeous Orangery and listen to some actors reading poems associated with our current exhibition.
I also have some free tickets to give away, and I'd really love to have some more people there. We've had a fairly slow uptake on the evening so far, and we could definitely do with a few more people there.
So, I have three free tickets (and may be able to scrounge some more) and there are definitely paid tickets available. Would anyone like to come?
