I've been aware of this for quite some time, as yet, beyond the risk of wrongful accusation, no one has been able to provide a good reason why this shouldn't be allowed.

After all, the people being targetted are giving away things that they have no right to give away. It's not exactly theft, because no one can prove that copying something truely denies a sale, but still why shouldn't these people be stopped?
