Apparently phoning [profile] pierot to discuss whether or not bell and book are necessary for an exorcism if you already have the candle, plus enough accelerant is a sign of cabin fever on my part.

He might be right.

It's odd. I'm in this place at the moment where my brain is working. I'm alive. I'm here. OK, I get giddy spells at times and get so sleepy and so tired very easily, but essentially I feel like Sally. I feel like me.

On the other hand my body is blatantly not entirely up to speed yet. I do get drowsy and tired very easily, while finding it hard to sleep because of the aches and pains. I do get giddy spells, and found leaving the house to wander around Surrey Quays with [profile] wildrogue yesterday really exhausting. I found myself getting scared in the supermarket because I'm so sore and tender - I know that getting jostled would be bad.

So, I'm probably not really fit enough to get back to living, or get back to normality. It does make sense that I stay in the house, get lots of rest, get looked after a bit. But my brain, which is feeling fine, is slowly going crazy!

I want out!

Last night, at about 10 pm, I found myself feeling horrendously claustrophobic. It wasn't the people around me. They were all great. It wasn't the game we were playing. It wasn't anything other than a really overwhelming need to get some fresh air and get away from everything. I want to drive places, go somewhere, take off when I feel like a little space. Physically, I don't think I really can, just yet, but goddamnit I want to!

*vibrates quietly*

Convalescence is definitely frustrating.
