On Facebook...

annwfynThis is a bit of a Public Service Announcement.
I have a facebook. It is attached to my gmail account - surinen@gmail.com. I don't, however, use it terribly often. Me and facebook don't really get on. I don't dislike it quite as much as *spits* myspace *spits*, but I do find it quite cluttered and I tend to get irritated and slightly overwhelmed by all the zombie/pirate/werewolf/vampire internet games that I keep being asked to add to my facebook.
As such, facebook is not a good way to get in touch with me. I went on to facebook today for the first time in weeks, and discovered a couple of real life social invites on there, and felt kinda bad for having missed them. I know that for lots of folk that's probably just the easiest way to get hold of someone, but I will probably miss any facebook invites or Public Service Announcements that are distributed via facebook.
In other news, I've had a lovely weekend so far. I spent yesterday watching the Lion King withpierot and molez and then had a very nice evening at a strange little Moroccan restaurant with Mike Gaiser, Timea, imnotagoth with his new lassie, ksirafai, molez and pierot. The food was good, and there was a very hot belly dancer performing there as well, which was quite a nice addition to the evening.
I'm about to head up to Hatfield and then tomorrow I'll be going to the British Museum withvulgarcriminal, which should also be very nice.
Life is relatively good at the moment.
