Yesterday was a bad day.
It reached its nadir when my comfort food from the chinese managed to successfully poison me.
You see, chinese toffee apple (which I had ordered) and chinese toffee banana are utterly indisinguishable unless you bite into them.
Much vomiting ensued.
That's only the third time I've eaten banana since I was about six. The last two times were smoothies where the vile stuff had been crushed and hidden. All three times I got a nasty furry taste in my mouth, a weird pain at the back of my throat/neck and then I puked.
As a result I'm still feeling a little bit grotty today, in the way you do when you've been throwing up.
Gah. Bloody horrible banana.
