Stuff Wot Is Annoying Me Today

• BT trying to charge us £55 for the day one of their engineers turned up on the wrong day, after they'd told us they would not require access to the property, and couldn't get in to fix the phone line.



• Southwark Council sending threatening letters to the old owner, sent to this address, because she didn't pay her final council tax bill, and they've failed to add our names to their records despite e mails and phone calls.



• The Student Loans Company sending me threatening letters about a student loan I never took out. Apparently there's a Sally Ellen Brewer who owes them £6000, however.

The world is full of idiocy. Bah. And humbug.
