annwfynI just heard from my lawyer (Neil Turpin at Bond Pearce, LLP, who I would recommend whole heartedly to anyone buying a house or flat).
The money from the Abbey has come through. He has my deposit.
He's going to send it across to the sellers tomorrow morning, and it should be with them by 10 am tomorrow.
I should hopefully get my keys by 11 am.
