I just got a call from my temp agency today.

One of the guys I was working with at Babcock wants to send me some chocolates to say 'thank you' for sorting out a load of data entry stuff for him whilst I was working there.

This is remarkably good for three reasons.

1) The temp agency now think I'm fab and thanked me for doing such a good job because 'it reflects really well on us as an agency'.

2) It's really nice for me to feel like I did a good job. I feel all glowy and positive now. I haven't felt really positive about a job for such a long time and it's just been so psychologically healthy to realize that there are good working environments out there, and I can do well in them.

3) I get chocolate! Yay!

This has really made my morning so far.

That is cool. There really is nothing so cheery as being recognised for doing well :)

Also, it means your agency are way more likely to think of your name when jobs turn up :)
