My dream toaster! (and the fact that I just typed that means I have no self respect left)

I think I just found my dream toaster.

It's only available in America, as far as I can tell.

*looks mournful*

All I want in my life is something which will make toast (that I like), and look colourful in my kitchen.

you can get 50's style pink, blue, red, cream and yellow toasters at comet.

you can also get ones that are really bright red and tangerine there too...

and I swear I've seen a mickey mouse one and a disney princess one as well, I just can't remember where.

IIRC the little shop in Manchester next to lush does funny/interesting/cute toasters. Ithink it is Octopus, or something. Also brollies with cat head handles.

Hi Sally, Chutney here. Love the toaster very cool. It's the sort of thing where you want a totally white kitchen, white goods (no pun intended), white surfaces, white floor & walls, white units and then just that sat proudly in the middle. We actually got a toaster that was really similar for our wedding (except it has green frogs on it). But now the crucial part. If it's still there, there is a shop on Jewry Street (dissects the High Street into Upper and Lower) Winchester, that sells these toasters. They also sell a range of funky stuff including watering can shaped handbags and various over goodies. You might also like the rather dark looking shop by the train station who's name also escapes me, but similarly has a range of wicked alternative stuff.
