On gardening....

I've been planting some tulip bulbs I was given as a christmas present/late house warming present by my sister today.

This is surprisingly fun.

I didn't realise gardening could be so messily entertaining.

I'm quite impressed with how well I'm doing considering I've discovered that my lawnmower power cable doesn't reach to any of the electricity sockets in the house, I don't have an extension cable long enough, and the only other gardening implements I've got are shears, which apparently cut grass and can be used to dig 10 centimetre deep holes.

What can I do next?

Used to have an enormous extension lead, probably enough to make the lawnmower reach your entire garden. If I've still got it, I'll try to bring it along at the weekend.

I may also still have a working strimmer you're welcome to borrow, if I get some kind of lift in, and I should have some gardening tools lying around that, again, you're welcome to borrow.

Obviously, some of my stuff got stolen, but I'm not using the rest of it at the minute...

Ooooh...that would be lovely! Do you have a trowel? A trowel and an extension lead are all I need at the moment.
