In a short burst of communication

I have a knackered back and shoulders.

They hurt a lot.

Sometimes they hurt so much I want to cry.

However, I have lots of drugs, and lots of heat wraps to put around my shoulders and I've also got a very lovely and jez shaped thing who looks after me lots. So I'm mostly OK, and that's good. Nevertheless, I do have a messed up back, and this back is made worse by me sitting on a computer. Therefore, I have been put under orders to try and not use the computer.

What this means is that I'm not allowed to sit on MSN, read through lots and lots of livejournal, or bounce e mails with people. If I do, jez will dangle me out of my bedroom window by my ankles while I scream in fear until I learn.

I am available via my mobile number, which I know many people have (and if you don't it is available here, and I am able to go out and see people, which I'll be doing lots and lots at the weekend when I am going to be running a garou game on Sunday, and then playing in a vampire game in the evening. Feel free to text or call or such things. However, I'm going to be slow at replying to e mail and won't read LJ very much.

Oh, and in other news, pierot and I got our formal mortgage offer through in the post yesterday which is good stuff and means we are probably now going to be moving into our new house (of our very own) around the end of August, and I had a rather pleasant tipsy evening out last night with assorted people, all of whom were nice, thanks to the organisation of wraithwitch. That is good and that is nice. But for now...

Bugger. Sorry to hear that (the back stuff). Am I to presume that this means no downtime responses for tomorrow? It's probably not a biggie - I was planning on perhaps skipping anyway.

I'm printing out everyone's downtime response and giving verbal responses at the game, which isn't ideal, but is probably the best option, as I'd rather not let someone who isn't an ST type them out.

If you're OK with someone who isn't an ST reading your downtime, Ginnie has offered to type for me, but I'm really really really not meant to be spending lots of time at a PC.

I'm sure I can figure something out, but I'm definitely not allowed to spend the couple of hours it takes me doing downtime responses at a PC until my shoulders are improved. I'm allowed half an hour per day max at a PC, and that gets eaten up disturbingly quickly!
