This, I suspect, will be useless to most people, but if any of you are ever in the area of Putney High Street, may I recommend a restaurant called Souvlakis. It's a bar and restaurant and I went there last night with my sister and cousin. And lo! It was really rather lovely. We had wine, and ate vast quantities of very good Greek food, which has left me feeling distinctly large this morning.

In other news, I am sleepy, I have work to go to, and I have audio typing to do when I get there. And so, onward!

Thanks for the tip hon! I work in Putney (near the high street) but have never been. In fact I'm thinking of having leaving drinks in Putney on 2nd May and I'm thinking of finding somewhere after to go with friends for tea so Soulaki could be a good plan - are you in Oz that day though?

Oooh...definitely go *nods nods nods*

You'd love it. It is a really nice laid back place where you can just have drinks, or nibbles or get enough to fill yourself up on, and there's lot of reasonably light food there as well.

Sadly I'm in Oz on the 2nd! Life is being v hectic at the moment and I'm not sure I'll get to see you before you go :(

You were in Putney and YOU NEVER SAID!!!

Thanks for the advice though. I'm trying to convince the department that the next lunch/dinner out is Greek :D Greek food rocks.

My sister lives there. We were indulging in family bonding time.

Are you in that neck of the woods? I don't think I knew that.
